Very welcoming and friendly receptionist Elaine and amazingly professional, competent and kind service from Dr Roshni. I have always hated the dentist but Dr Roshni has been amazing every time I have attended.
As an extremely nervous patient when it comes to the dentist I 100 percent recommend this clinic. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. If you’re unsure they are happy to explain treatment multiple times in a way you can understand. The lady I’ve now seen twice is very patient with me as a very anxious patient, and always puts me at ease. she regularly checked in to make sure I was ok and reassured me during the whole process of my treatment. From someone who would only allow a mirror into my mouth to allowing the dentist to carry out filling, injections and drilling. I’m very happy with the service I have received at this branch I couldn’t recommend them enough.
I recently visited smile 360 for hygiene and assessment I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The waiting area was clean and inviting, and the receptionist was friendly and efficient.During my appointment, Dr. Roshni was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Their expertise and attention to detail put me at ease throughout the entire procedure.The dental assistants Muskan were also attentive and supportive.Not only was the dental care top-notch, but the clinic also went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.Overall, my experience at smile 360 was exceptional, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental care. Thank you to the entire team for providing such outstanding service.
Great experience with this practice. I have now used them 3 times and all times visiting were very positive. This time I have visited for filling and Dr.Roshni has really make it more comfortable for me advising me on what to do to aid this also and when I asked for teeth cleaning so she has suggested me to do it after couple of months as my gums are weak right now. Unlike other not pushed me to get it done without explaning ,what a pure soul. Assistant Muskan has made extra effort to shown me how procedure for cleaning would be even though it would be done after two months. She used to make sure I am more comfortable in every treatments. Dr. Roshni always explained the treatments great detail and they ensure you are happy before she continue! Receptionist Asmita has also checked my earlier balance before taking money and sort out issue very efficiently. Thank you again!! :

Dr Hamza (Principal Dentist) has a fantastic manner with his patients.He is amazing at what he does. Highly recommended. This is a new branch and the clinic itself is modern, clean, friendly and located close to Harrow shopping centre. There is a bus stop directly outside the clinic. I was so impressed with Dr Hamza I have now registered my entire family with his dental practice. I work in healthcare myself and I understand how rushed the NHS services can be but Dr Hamza took his time to examine and treat me. If anyone is in need of a great dentist 🦷 Than Dr Hamza is the one you need to make an appointment with.
